We woke up on Saturday 7th November to a grey, gloomy morning with rain pelting against the window.  Lee and I were praying for a break in the rubbish weather… because Colin and Amy were getting married at midday!  Thankfully just as Amy arrived at the church the clouds broke and the sun shone for them.

Colin and Amy were married in St. Bartholomew’s Church in Rainhill, Prescot, and their reception was held at the incredible Rum Warehouse at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool.  Amy (and Colin!) planned a gorgeous afternoon with a fantastic party atmosphere that was a lot of fun to be a part of.  We were lucky enough to see the first half of the Funtime Frankie’s set during the evening reception – they are incredibly entertaining and had everyone up on the dance floor right from the off!  (Rumour has it that front man Jon had an epic dance off with Colin a little later in the evening – very disappointed we missed that!)

Congratulations Colin and Amy, your wedding day was beautifully planned and was an absolute pleasure to be a part of!

With love, Gem & Lee x
